Updated Membership Cards
By now, all members should have received a new membership card with a QR code on the back side. This means that there is no longer a reason to have a mag strip reader…we do still offer that option, but we no longer recommend it. For replacement of lost membership cards, OR mag stripe cards, contact the Moose International Helpdesk at (630) 906-3658 or at Helpdesk@mooseintl.org.

About me
I developed these systems simply because my lodge needed to handle the new QR codes. Once I did, 2 more lodges asked me to build theirs, and the rest, as they say, is history. I now have systems all over Florida, as well as California, Maine, and many other states. And because I designed the system and wrote the software I am able to upgrade and improve them as needed, generally at no cost to the lodge.
For those that don’t know me, my name is Jim Ezzell, and I am the owner of Internet Systems Group, an Information Technology company based in South Florida. I am also the President of the Tamarac Moose Lodge #2267, as well as the IT Director. This gives me a unique perspective on how to make things work for our lodges, and I have poured this knowledge into these systems.
What We Offer
Our prices are as straightforward as I can make them. While others sell you the controller and charge more to add a QR reader, our systems include the reader, and everything you need! We do offer options for those that need more features, but we try to be as upfront as possible…Moose Member to Moose Member!
We also provide access for you to see who is coming into your lodge for free. There is optional software available that allows you to view longer periods, or run reports to help with your retention, and while it does provides a tremendous value add…but you don’t have to buy it . Your system will work regardless. There’s no need to buy any additional software or hardware unless your really want or need it.
A network connection, preferably wired, is suggested for us to provide remote support and entry logging, but it’s not required for the system to work. It will simply just work without any connection.
